    Business

    The need comes first. A campus had to organize 18,000 students and find who is at risk — in one pass. A construction firm needed faster EPCC project management, an executive dashboard that matched the legacy one, and flexible formulas for productivity.

  2. 02

    Technical

    Architecture, stack, and runtime follow that need. They scale when the business scales — not ahead of it. Cost stays efficient because we don't buy capacity the org hasn't asked for.
